These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the x776 platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered at x776.org. By registering an account or accessing any part of the x776 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. Please read every section carefully before proceeding.

x776 is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years or above. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. x776 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time and to close accounts found to belong to underage individuals, with any balance returned.
Each player may maintain only one active x776 account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of promotional balances.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on x776 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x776 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions. Withdrawal times for verified accounts are typically within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by x776 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods stated at the time of the offer. x776 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where required by licensing obligations.
x776 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, match-fixing collusion, money laundering, or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
By accessing the x776 Platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that individual to this Agreement, and that by proceeding you accept these Terms on their behalf as well as your own.
x776 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, x776 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on the Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
This Agreement was last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions.
3.1 Age Requirement. The x776 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent, warrant, and confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. x776 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned via the original deposit method.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You must not register an Account or use the Platform if doing so is prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. x776 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in all locations.
3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the x776 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. x776 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, x776 reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit any Bonus Balance, and withhold any winnings generated through bonus funds.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your Account and must keep such information up to date at all times. x776 may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
3.5 KYC Verification. x776 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct KYC verification on all Accounts before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit government-issued identity documentation, proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe notified by x776 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality pending completion.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x776 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. x776 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify x776 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your Account has occurred. x776 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.3 Account Sharing. Your Account is strictly personal to you. You must not permit any third party to access or use your Account, including family members sharing the same household. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be your own activity and you accept full responsibility for it.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. x776 may apply an inactivity maintenance fee of up to PKR 200 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from any available Real Money Balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Where the Real Money Balance is zero, no fee will be applied.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. x776 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, QR Pay, and retail cash over-the-counter at participating agents. x776 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method and your Account verification status.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified Accounts are processed within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within the same business day for bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts. Unverified Accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. As a condition of our anti-money-laundering obligations under the international gaming licence, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Excess winnings may be withdrawn via a verified bank account.
5.5 No Withdrawal Fees. x776 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which x776 bears no responsibility.
5.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name are strictly prohibited. x776 will return any funds received from unrecognised third-party payment sources and may suspend the Account pending investigation.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by x776 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, validity periods, and game restrictions communicated at the time the offer is presented. These specific terms supplement and, in the event of conflict, take precedence over this general section.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times — as specified in the applicable offer — before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, failing which any remaining Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, collusive play, or any other mechanism designed to exploit promotional offers constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
6.4 Operator Discretion. x776 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer where required by its licensing obligations, where fraudulent activity is detected, or where an error in the offer terms is identified. x776 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.
6.5 PSL & Cricket Promotions. Seasonal promotions tied to Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures or international cricket tours involving Pakistan are subject to additional sport-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page within the x776 Platform.
7.1 Applicable Rules. All bets and wagers placed on the x776 Platform are governed by the specific sport, event, or game rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only deemed accepted when confirmed by the x776 system and a transaction reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, x776 will investigate the circumstances using available server logs and its determination shall be final.
7.3 Obvious Errors. x776 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error — including but not limited to manifest pricing errors, feed failures, or data corruption. Settlements arising from obvious errors will be reversed and any winnings credited in error will be deducted from the Account balance. x776 will notify affected Players where reasonably practicable.
7.4 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets may be suspended at any time by x776 at its sole discretion, including during periods of heightened match activity, technical issues, or where integrity concerns arise. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided.
7.5 Game Integrity. x776 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all casino and slot games, independently audited to verify fairness. Live casino tables are operated by trained dealers in licensed studio environments with full video oversight. Results of all certified games are final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x776 Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

9.2 Player-Controlled Limits. All Account holders may set PKR deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time limits, and loss limits directly from the Account dashboard. Reductions to any limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase any limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
9.3 Cooling-Off & Self-Exclusion. Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time. Permanent self-exclusion is also available and is processed within one hour of request. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reactivated under any circumstances. x776 will cease all marketing communications to self-excluded Players immediately.
9.4 Age Verification. x776 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request identity documentation to verify age where there is any doubt. Any Player who suspects they are gambling beyond their means or experiencing gambling-related harm is encouraged to contact x776 at [email protected] for assistance.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the x776 Platform — including but not limited to the x776 brand name, logo, trademarks, game content, software, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of x776 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of x776.
10.3 Prohibited Copying. Scraping, data mining, screen-scraping, or any automated collection of data or content from the Platform is strictly prohibited without x776's express written authorisation.
11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data by x776 is governed by the x776 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
11.2 Data for Licensing Compliance. x776 is required under its international gaming licence to collect and retain certain personal and transactional data for AML, KYC, and responsible gaming compliance purposes. This data may be shared with regulatory bodies, licensing authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law.
11.3 Marketing Communications. With your consent at registration, x776 may send you marketing communications regarding promotions, new products, and platform updates. You may withdraw this consent at any time by updating your Account communication preferences or by contacting [email protected].
12.1 Platform Availability. x776 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond x776's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. x776 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
12.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x776 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not x776 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 Gambling Losses. x776 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of betting or gaming activity on the Platform. Gambling inherently involves risk of loss and it is the Player's sole responsibility to make informed decisions about the amount they wager.
12.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, x776's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x776 holds its international gaming licence.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and x776, you should first contact x776's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. x776 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal escalation, you may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by x776's licensing authority.
13.3 Bet Settlement Disputes. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game round must be raised within 30 days of the settlement date. x776 will not review settlement disputes submitted outside this window except in exceptional circumstances.
14.1 Right to Amend. x776 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material, x776 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent banner notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Minor Amendments. x776 may make minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes to the licensing regime — with immediate effect and without advance notice, provided such amendments do not materially alter your rights or obligations.
14.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to this Agreement has taken effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].
